1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions explain the basis on which MA Roofing Solutions Ltd provides roofing, spray foam removal, ProPERLA coating, roofline, property maintenance and solar panel services. By requesting a quote, booking a survey or instructing us to carry out work, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes and Surveys

We may offer a free survey or quote depending on the nature and location of the enquiry. Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope of work, materials, access requirements or condition of the property changes.

Any quote provided is valid for the period stated on the quote. If no period is stated, the quote should be treated as valid for 30 days from the date issued.

3. Booking Work

Work is booked once the customer accepts the quote and any required deposit, written confirmation or agreed instruction has been received. Start dates may depend on weather, material availability, access, supplier lead times and existing workload.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property, moving vehicles or belongings where needed and notifying us of any known hazards, restrictions or property issues before work begins.

5. Materials and Product Availability

We aim to use suitable, high-quality materials for each project. Where a product or material becomes unavailable, we may recommend an appropriate alternative. Any significant changes will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.

6. Weather and Delays

Roofing, coating, roofline and solar installation work can be affected by weather and site conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by unsafe working conditions, severe weather, supplier delays, access issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Payments

Payment terms will be set out on the quote, invoice or written agreement. Deposits, staged payments or final balances must be paid by the agreed due date. Late payment may delay work, handover documents, warranties or future bookings.

8. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Costs may apply where materials have already been ordered, work has started, specialist equipment has been booked or short-notice cancellation causes loss or expense.

9. Guarantees and Warranties

Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain products and materials. Any workmanship guarantee or manufacturer warranty will depend on the service provided and will be confirmed with the customer where applicable.

Warranties may not apply where damage is caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, third-party work, structural movement, severe weather, accidental damage or issues outside the original scope of work.

10. Spray Foam Removal

Spray foam removal work can reveal hidden roof, timber, moisture or ventilation issues that were not visible before removal. Any additional repairs, treatments or replacement works required will be discussed with the customer and may be quoted separately.

11. Solar Panel Services

Solar panel, battery and inverter recommendations are based on the property details, roof suitability and information available at the time. Actual performance can vary depending on roof direction, shading, system size, weather, usage and energy tariffs.

12. Liability

MA Roofing Solutions Ltd holds public liability insurance. We are responsible for carrying out agreed work with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, hidden structural issues, third-party work or matters outside the agreed scope unless caused directly by our negligence.
